Kim Lee

Kim brings more than 15 years of experience in the community services and not-for-profit sector. She began her career as a volunteer, sparking a lasting passion for supporting frontline teams and communities.

Before joining Mercy Works, Kim held a senior leadership role within The Salvation Army’s Australian Emergency Services team, where she developed expertise in program operations, leadership and community engagement.

As Program Manager at Mercy Works, Kim draws on this experience to support community-led programs that create lasting opportunities and strengthen communities.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys camping, spending time outdoors and making memories with her husband and two young daughters.
