Catherine Glenister

Catherine Glenister has more than thirty-five years of experience in Catholic education, leadership, and ministry. She has dedicated her career to advancing educational excellence, faith formation, community engagement, and social justice. Having taught at the Academy of Mary Immaculate for over a decade, she is deeply committed to nurturing young people and embodying the values of Mercy education.

As Manager of the Mercy Mission, Action and Spirituality Hub, Catherine supports the development of Mercy identity and mission, creating opportunities for formation, connection, and outreach. She has developed strong partnerships with schools, community members, and organisations committed to justice, inclusion, and service.

Catherine is a participant in the Mercy Integral Ecology Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program.
